We are all human beings and our bodies are amazing! It is good to look after the body… it is the only one we get, so we take looking after our bodies seriously and we encourage everyone else to as well.

The church building plays host to a wide range of physical activities such as

Yoga / Pilates / Meditation

A number of these groups are always being led at the church.

Monday

10am Over 50’s exercise class (Jill 07498 298303, front room)

Daytime “Health Walks” are also run from outside the church building.

We start at the church and walk for 1 hr. Mondays 11am. All welcome… but bring sensible shoes!

Walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders, Annie, Debra and Chris.
